Anna is a User Experience Designer because it encapsulates her love of engineering and empathy. She believes that human-centered design has a responsibility to amplify many different voices to uncover the problem that will create the most universal solution. Absorbing and distilling feedback into something tangible excites her. As the first UX designer at the nonprofit Chicago Public Media, Anna played a part in making reliable news accessible. She holds a bachelor of arts from Columbia College Chicago in Interaction Design with a specialization in Web and Mobile Development. She stayed in Chicago after graduation because when she’s not at work she’s probably sailing on Lake Michigan.
